The candidate should have passed all the examinations required as qualification and TET/T, AT examination of the relevant subject (if applicable) prescribed by the State Govt by the last date of application.
For reserved posts, the candidate of any caste has to enclose a copy of the caste certificate issued by the competent authority for the respective caste and a non-crime layer certificate (if applicable).
The District Level Selection Committee will be as prescribed by the Govt. After verification of the candidate’s credentials by the Selection Committee, the selected candidate will be appointed by the Institute after getting ratification by the Assistant Commissioner.
Pay Scale: According to the Government’s fixed pay policy, the Deputy Commissioner will be paid Rs. 19,950/- per month, the teaching assistant of St.-9, 10 Rs. 25,000/- per month, and Rs. 11th, 12th teaching assistant Rs. 26,000/- per month fixed salary will be given. If the service is found to satisfactory, after five years it will be considered for inclusion in the regular pay scale. After getting a regular appointment, the candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of the new pension scheme of Govt. The service can terminate by giving one month’s notice even before five years if the service is not found satisfactory.

Educational and training qualifications should pass from an institution recognized by University Grants Commission and National Council for Teacher Education respectively.
The age of the candidate should be within the age limit as decided by the Govt on the last day of application. Relaxation in the age limit will be available as per the rules.
Government employee or employee of Board/Corporation/Institution receiving Government grant NOC of Appointing Authority. (No Objection Certificate) has to enclose the application form.
If the candidate has submitted the wrong information, his application will automatically reject – Information App.

It is mandatory for every employee to stay at the Ashramshala for 24 hours as the female employee has to perform the duty of house mother and the male employee as a house husband. They will be provided accommodation free of cost by the institute. An employee who does not reside at the site will dismiss for indiscipline.
The employee has to follow the general rules regarding education as prescribed by Tribal Development Department or Education Department from time to time. The relevant rules of the Mumbai Primary Education Act, 1949, and the Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Act, 1972 shall also apply.
